Text message terms

The demo line only texts you if you say yes on the call.

Current status: texting from the demo line is switched off while its carrier registration is reviewed. No texts are being sent. The terms below describe how it works once it is switched back on.

The program

AI Consulting SA Demo Line texts are sent by AI Consulting SA, a trade name of The Podcast Authority LLC, 5900 Balcones Dr Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731. They come from the demo line, (513) 960-7996, a recorded demonstration of an AI receptionist for auto shop owners.

How you agree to receive texts

The only way to receive a text from this program is to say yes out loud during a call to (513) 960-7996. The assistant asks first and tells you what you are agreeing to before you answer. These are the exact questions it asks:

  • After you book a setup call: “Want a text confirming that time? It’s one text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Yes or no?”
  • Near the end of the call: “Want me to text you a link to this call’s recording? It’s one text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out. Yes or no?”

If you say no, or do not answer, you are not texted. Agreeing to texts is never required to use the demo, book a call, or buy anything.

What is sent

  • A confirmation of the setup call you booked on the demo line.
  • A link to the recording of your own call.

These are informational messages about your own call. The program sends no marketing or promotional texts.

How often

Message frequency varies. At most two texts per call in which you said yes. Message and data rates may apply.

Help and stopping texts

Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed and nothing after that. Reply HELP for help, call (210) 802-8945, or email aiconsultingsa.com@gmail.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used only to send the texts you asked for, through our text message provider.
