What do I receive?

Are you going to make us replace our software?

Usually not. I first look at the phone, email, calendar, CRM, spreadsheets, forms, payment tools, and job systems you already use. If a process change or simple checklist is the better answer, that is what I will recommend.

Is the assessment just a sales pitch for a bigger project?

I have an incentive here and I would rather say it out loud than have you wonder about it. If the assessment finds work worth doing, I would like to be the one who does it. That is why the report names specific off the shelf tools you can buy without me, why it is written so you can hand it to your own team or another developer, and why implementation is quoted separately so you can price me against somebody else. Some owners should take the plan and run it themselves, and the report is built for that.

Is implementation included?

No. The assessment ends with the report and review. You can use the plan yourself, ask your team to implement it, or request a separate proposal for the parts where you want help.

How are recording and sensitive data handled?

The discovery is recorded only with your explicit permission. Before the call, we agree what can be discussed and what must stay out of recordings, transcripts, and AI tools.
