AI Consulting SA · Dominic · San Antonio, Texas
ChatGPT is already recommending someone in San Antonio. I make sure it is you.
I am Dominic, a San Antonio operator. I got my own rental company named as the top recommendation in ChatGPT and Gemini for its main search, and it brought in five customers last month that closed better than anything Facebook ever sent me. I do the same thing for other San Antonio businesses for a flat $500 per page, with no retainer.
How much does it cost to get recommended by ChatGPT?
A flat $500 for one page, or $1,500 for up to five pages, one time with no retainer. That covers the audit, the rewrite, the schema markup, verification on your live site, and a cold logged out check in ChatGPT and Gemini. Published agency pricing for the same work runs $1,550 to $8,000 a month, and a one time audit alone is commonly quoted at $1,500 to $5,000. See ChatGPT optimization in San Antonio for the full comparison, including the options cheaper than me.
You probably do not need more software.
I run local service businesses too. I have dealt with missed calls, reminders, payments, paperwork, and the mess created when nothing talks to anything else. Sometimes the right answer is AI. Sometimes it is ordinary software. Sometimes it is a checklist. I will tell you which.
The $999 AI Tools Assessment
The paid AI Tools Assessment follows four clear phases: diagnose the work, research what fits, write the prescription, and review it together.
- A 45 minute recorded discovery, with explicit permission.
- Current tool research with a human quality check.
- Three to seven prioritized recommendations, a four day start plan, and visible ROI assumptions.
- A 30 minute review focused on what is most urgent and what should happen next.

What does the AI Tools Assessment cost?
The AI Tools Assessment is a flat $999. The first website workflow review is free. Implementation is separate and is discussed only after the recommendations are clear.
What do I receive?
You receive three to seven human verified recommendations, an effort versus impact matrix, a four day quick start, visible ROI assumptions, larger project opportunities, and a 30 minute review call.
Are you going to make us replace our software?
Usually not. I first look at the phone, email, calendar, CRM, spreadsheets, forms, payment tools, and job systems you already use. If a process change or simple checklist is the better answer, that is what I will recommend.
Is the assessment just a sales pitch for a bigger project?
I have an incentive here and I would rather say it out loud than have you wonder about it. If the assessment finds work worth doing, I would like to be the one who does it. That is why the report names specific off the shelf tools you can buy without me, why it is written so you can hand it to your own team or another developer, and why implementation is quoted separately so you can price me against somebody else. Some owners should take the plan and run it themselves, and the report is built for that.
Is implementation included?
No. The assessment ends with the report and review. You can use the plan yourself, ask your team to implement it, or request a separate proposal for the parts where you want help.
How are recording and sensitive data handled?
The discovery is recorded only with your explicit permission. Before the call, we agree what can be discussed and what must stay out of recordings, transcripts, and AI tools.
What is the one process you wish would disappear?
Give me the messy version, or send me a page and I will score it against the seven AI search checks and tell you the two biggest gaps. Either way the first review is free, and I will tell you honestly whether the $500 page rewrite or the $999 assessment is the right buy, or neither.
