What I collect, why, and how to have it deleted.

AI Consulting SA is a trade name of The Podcast Authority LLC, 5900 Balcones Dr Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731. The business is run from San Antonio, Texas.

What I collect

• Contact forms. Your name, business name, email address, phone number if you give it, how you found me, and the workflow you describe. If you arrived from a tagged link, the form also records that link's short campaign codes. Those codes never contain names, email addresses or phone numbers.
• The demo phone line, (513) 960-7996. Calls are recorded. I receive the recording, a written transcript, the number you called from, and what you tell the assistant, such as your name, your shop's name and how your calls are handled today. If you book a setup call, I also receive the time you chose.
• Calls, texts and emails you send me directly. Whatever you choose to include.
• This website. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this site. Your browser keeps a link's campaign codes in session storage for the length of your visit so the form can include them, and the hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

How I use it

• To reply to you and do the work you asked about.
• To schedule and prepare for a call you booked.
• To send text messages you agreed to receive, as described in the text message terms.
• To improve the demo line by reviewing how calls went.

I do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a marketing list.

Service providers that handle it for me

• Vercel hosts this website and processes form submissions.
• Resend delivers the emails that form submissions and demo leads generate.
• Google (Gmail) hosts the inbox those emails arrive in.
• Vapi runs the demo line, including recording and transcription, using the speech and AI model providers it works with.
• Twilio provides the phone numbers and sends text messages.
• Cal.com handles scheduling for booked calls.

They process information only to provide those services.

Text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. The categories of sharing described above exclude that information. How long I keep it

Contact details and call records are kept for as long as they are needed to follow up with you, do the work, or improve the demo. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Your choices

• Email or call to see, correct or delete what I hold about you.
• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.
• Do not call the demo line if you do not want a call recorded. The recording is announced before the demo begins.

Children

This site and the demo line are meant for business owners and are not directed at children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
